I have nothing but rave reviews for this hospital and staff. My dog was extremely ill and I had seen 2 different vets with no determined diagnosis. Upon researching new vets I came upon this group. Frantic at the time I sent a message on their website about 830 pm indicating that I would be calling for an immediate appt the next morning as it was urgent for my dog to be seen. Not even 10 minutes later Erica, the office mgr called me and through tears I explained what was going on. She immediate called the Dr on call and my Izzy was seen THAT NIGHT, about 45 minutes later. She was hospitalized and the next day it was diagnosed she had 2 bowel obstructions. She went into surgery that day and is doing well. She is still there as it has been just a day after her surgery but I have to give this hospital and staff the best rating possible. They were all so kind, caring professional and understanding of not only the patient (dog), but the owner(s) as well. It is rare today that the words "customer service" is lived up to, but in their case they live it . Of course any major surgery is a costly thing but comparatively I find them very reasonable and better yet they were willing to work with me on payment options. In todays world who has the cash on hand to pay it in one shot. They fact that they understand that is a godsend. When I took my dog to the Riverside animal clinic they told me on the phone my dog would not be seen unless I paid X amount when I came in. Shameful. I am so glad I found this facility and staff. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts, especially Dr. Hereda and Erica.

I have opted more than happily to leave our "regular" vets for WVC. Our puppies, Severus and Lily, are definitely double trouble siblings. We've had 2 separate emergencies and a bit of follow up care occur recently and the staff has always answered the call. One of the emergencies was when our puppy was poisoned from something on a walk - our regular vet refused to see the pup until a week later, WVC was packed to the brim with appointments and they still took us in without hesitation same day, in less than a hour from my frantic phone call. The staff has calmed me down and they treat all of us like family - they even allow me to bring both pups even when only one is there for services. Our pups have never been separated and the staff are more than happy to keep them together as much as possible; we've even started to joke that the pups are doing things so we can go visit the vet. I've never seen animals this excited to go to the vet - they run in to the building, start jumping and making noise in the car as soon as they realize we're on the exit ramp from the highway that the vet sits off, and they greet the staff open paws! I'm so thrilled and grateful that we found WVC.

They saw our dog on a Sunday for an emergency visit when our regular vet was closed. They fixed him up and he is good to go now. Thankful for them!
